General Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless alternate currency is noted on applicable price guide or quote. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties, FOB factory. Payment terms are 30 days on approved credit. Echoflex will accept credit card orders. All prices are subject to change without notice. Technical Specifications for products are subject to review and change ‐ please confirm prior to ordering.

Warranty, Terms and Conditions

During the warranty period, Echoflex Solutions Inc. (EFS) will repair or replace the EFS product, sold to you by EFS or an authorized EFS representative, that proves defective in material or workmanship under conditions of normal and reasonable use and in accordance with any instructions or warnings attached to or furnished with the EFS product. Any replacement product shall assume the identity of the original for purposes of this limited warranty. During the warranty period, you will also be entitled to any warranties allowed by applicable law. If EFS elects not to repair or replace the defective EFS product within 30 days after receipt, EFS will refund to you the actual purchase price of the EFS product. If EFS does not repair or replace the defective product, refund of the purchase price is your sole and exclusive remedy under this and any other warranty. This limited warranty extends for FIVE (5) calendar years beginning on the date of the original purchase of the EFS product, excluding each day that the product is out of your possession for replacement. The remainder of the original warranty period applies to any replacement product delivered under this warranty. Any material returned to the manufacturer must have an EFS material return authorization (RMA). Shipments not covered by a valid RMA number may be subject to refusal of delivery. Only new and unused normally stocked items are considered for credit. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed for new normally stocked items that are returned due to customer order error. Returns resulting from errors by EFS will not be subject to this charge. Debit memos will not be accepted without written authorization and an RMA number. After the return has been processed, the appropriate credit memo will be issued. Special order and custom products are not returnable for credit. Advanced replacement RMA's require a purchase order that will be credited subject to receipt and factory inspection of the returned product.
