The MOS-17 is one of the most technologically advanced in the wireless controls industry. Powered by six solar cells, the MOS-17C can operate without battery backup for over 90 hours. An efficient power supply and tuned sensor circuitry allows the MOS-17 to provide immediate response on occupancy states making it an ideal solution for auto-ON applications.
Design features include;
- Advanced Passive Infrared (PIR) detection circuitry ensures small motion detection
- Two lens options 1000 (MOS-17CA) and 1900 (MOS-17CB) square foot detection ranges
- Omni-directional for easy installation and continuous 360° coverage
- Provides immediate response to motion even in a dark room
- Operates in extremely low light; (14 lux)
- Available with 315 or 868 MHz EnOcean radios
- Solar energy harvesting means no batteries or maintenance required,
- Walk-Test feature allows installers to test operation and installation location during commissioning
- Sensitivity setting switch to eliminate false occupancy tripping
