In most cases, Parking Structures, have their lights on 24/7 and are difficult to retrofit for lighting control.

The Echoflex Solution uses a ERDRC-O module which is designed to accept inputs from occupancy sensors and switches. The ERDRC-O will control a full load circuit of lights and also delivers 24V to power sensors. The 41-301 occupancy sensor has a detection range of 140 meters squared and in conjunction with a ERLY power pack relay which will deliver 24V for its operation, can deliver a wireless signal back to the controller.
